Juicing is wonderful but it does lie in the quality of the juicer. Look for a slow twin blade such as green power so the heat doesn’t destroy the enzymes and also the juice has more pulp so doesn’t dis-regulate blood sugar and increases fibre content too. Aim to go more green so your body becomes more alkaline. Less fruit which just increases fructose and upsets your blood sugar and gut flora.
Packed with vitamins and anti-oxidants juicing can give the body a real energy boost, cleanse and kick start to the day!
