Stone Age Bread GF/DF

High protein, high in essential fats.


  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 100g almonds
  • 100g walnuts
  • 100g flax seeds
  • 100g sesame seeds
  • 5 eggs
  • 100ml coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoon Himalayan mineral salt


Chop the almonds and walnuts.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Then pour the batter into a greased baking loaf pan.

Press the batter down into the baking pan.

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour.

If you like your bread a little sweet, option to add 2 spoons of raw honey/manuka to the mixture.

Serve with goats cheese, avocado and tomato.
