Spinach Avocado Dip GF/DF

This dip is so easy and has far-reaching health benefits, increasing your alkalinity and essential fats.  Enjoy with crudités or on little buckwheat blinis!

Benefits: avocados have been proven to contain a toxin that helps kill cancer cells.  So used in both prevention and treatment in prostate and breast cancers.

Avocados are high in potassium so can help regulate blood pressure.  Good for cholesterol too!  High in oleic acid, they reduce cholesterol levels.  Parsley is rich in calcium so improves levels without the acidity of dairy.


  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup dill
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • pinch sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 chilli (optional – if you like it spicy!)


Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.  Add pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
