- ¼ cup coconut flour/almond flour
- ¼ cup raw cocoa flour
- ¼ tsp mineral salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup raw honey/maple syrup
Turn oven to 180C or 160C fan assisted.
Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together then pour into dry ingredients.
Spoon mixture into cupcake holders.
Bake for 10-12 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
