Energy Balls GF/DF


  • 1 ¾ cup almonds/or desired nuts
  • 10 dates, add more if needed or mix with raisins
  • 5 tbs raw cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Add 1-2 tsp of powdered spirulina into mix increase energy and detox.

Option to add 1 tsp of bee pollen for amino acids, a handful of unsweetened coconut flakes.

With these sticky energy balls just play with them, let children roll them.

Add peppermint oil too if enjoyed, this will benefit digestion.

Option to roll in ground seeds or ground nuts or shredded coconut.


Blend in food processor and chill.

Roll between hands.
