Coconut Smoothie with cashews GF/DF

Ingredients

  • Flesh and water from 1 young coconut (reduce the water if wish to be more creamy)
  • ½ avocado
  • handful of young spinach leaves
  • ½ cup of soaked cashews (soak for 4 hrs) drained
  • ½ banana
