Sticky Seed Energy Balls GF/DF


  • 1 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 cup ground chia seeds
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups of dates
  • 1 cup of raisins/goji berries
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • vanilla or peppermint essence


Put all the ingredients into the food processor, blend for about 5 minutes until smooth and sticky.

Roll into balls, then roll balls in coconut (optional), or sesame seeds.

Keep in the fridge.
