Susie has an ever growing international client base and offers continued support to her overseas clients via Skype. New clients via Skype are booked in by Susie and time adjusted to suit you. The form is sent by e-mail, testing may also be organised for overseas clients in Tokyo, Australia and the UK. Skype has become a very dynamic tool for you to be supported by and does not affect the treatment protocol, which remains personalised and holistic throughout.
Prior to the first consultation you will be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire about your diet, lifestyle, symptoms and any current or past health problems.
Consultations include an in-depth discussion about your current lifestyle and dietary habits, followed by an analysis of how these are linked to the symptoms you are suffering.
For example, a high sugar intake at one meal or skipping meals will trigger a blood-sugar roller coaster ride which then affects your mood and energy levels throughout the entire day.
It is key that the knowledge you obtain regarding your health then inspires you to make the changes to your lifestyle and the way you eat.
A realistic strategy is formulated to help alleviate your symptoms. This may involve new foods, recipes, lifestyle changes and supplements if required.
If you cannot make an appointment, please contact Susie as soon as possible so your appointment can be given to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice, and no-shows, will be charged the full fee.

- I arrived in Tokyo on August 1 , 2010 directly from Singapore to take up my second assignment here in Japan. Unfortunately, whilst I was full of energy and enthusiasm for my new responsibility, my body was positively in a state of much disrepair.Joe VeneticoMarch 1, 2011
- I first approached Susie after I was diagnosed with my third autoimmune disorder (Hashimoto’s Disease) in September 2011.
