I LOVE the way you explain everything during the consultations, and that the depth and range of your knowledge in terms of all things to do with nutrition, the way the body works, the impact of food & the environment, is awesome. I also love your recipes.

My two year-old son was always under the weather and catching every illness that went round. Using hair analysis, Susie found high levels of arsenic in his system. She put him on a course of vitamins and minerals to help rid the arsenic from his body, and spent a long time discussing how his diet could be improved to help the detox process. Drawing on her own experience of young children, Susie had lots of good ideas on how to encourage him to eat a more varied diet. Three months later, my son was a much healthier and stronger boy; and Susie has stayed in touch ever since to find out how things are going, as well as to give more advice when needed.

Susie was exceptionally professional. She is clearly incredibly knowledgeable on her broad subject of human health and nutrition. She was generous with her time and patient with her advice. She has a manner that totally put me at ease. What’s more, she cured me! I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I recommend Susie Rucker most highly for anyone who is suffering/or has suffered from diet or environmental related vitamin imbalances. I had suffered from recurrent Mycoplasma in Singapore and credit Susie with my much-improved health after moving back to London. The vitamin programme and associated dietary recommendations have improved my weak immunity ravaged by months of antibiotics as recommended by the so-called professional doctors in Singapore. Susie’s background as a nurse brings a background of real concern and care that one doesn’t often find in fast food type doctors’ surgeries these days.

I have received great support from Susie Rucker on how to assist my 11 month old who has eczema and various food allergies. Susie provides clear and relevant information on essential food and supplements that are needed to support my daughter’s condition. I always walk away feeling positive of the steps I need to take based on Susie’s recommendations. It can be difficult to find substitute foods in Tokyo, but Susie has always pointed me to a particular store or website. I am pleased with her knowledge and support and always feel comfortable asking for her advice. Thanks Susie for your support in my daughter’s and my wellbeing.

I arrived in Tokyo on August 1 , 2010 directly from Singapore to take up my second assignment here in Japan. Unfortunately , whilst I was full of energy and enthusiasm for my new responsibility , my body was positively in a state of much disrepair. For the past 2 months I had been suffering from a multitude of ailments which comprised to name but a few :

    Bronchitis
    Impaired voice box
    Allergic Rhinitis
    Chronic sore throats

A good friend of mine suggested I visit Susie Rucker for a consultation. During these visits , Susie patiently asked questions regarding my eating habits /lifestyle and ailments and I vividly recall her look of horror as I progressed to list my various ailments and eating habits. A plan of action was required along with various tests to establish if I was allergic to certain solids or liquids and to see if I had the required minimum levels of minerals in my body .Yes , you guessed it . I am allergic to Chicken and eggs and my Iron and Zinc counts along with other key minerals were very low .

    What to do next ?

Susie suggested I embark on a course of :
Daily intake of Zinc/Iron and a multivitamin.
Chicken and Eggs are out .
Wheat has been replaced by Rye .
Coffee is out and a wide variety of Herbal teas are in .

Changing lifetime habits are tough and I guess I stick to the plan 80% of the time . Mine is a hectic lifestyle involving lots of travel and a merry go round of business lunches and dinners , so I guess 80% compliance is acceptable. But education is a wonderful thing and it’s obvious to me that Susie is both a knowledgeable person/professional and caring person when it comes to her clients . Whilst I still have a long way to go before I make a complete recovery, I am on my way and that is due to the best part to Susie’s intervention and therapy.

Good luck to others with similar ailments who decide to take advantage of Rucker Nutrition.

    Regards

We were referred to Susie by a friend and found her to be very professional and supportive. She performed hair analysis’ and food intolerance tests for my sons (one who has Aspergers & the other ADHD) & I. She recommended changes in our diets (gluten, casein & wheat-free), as well as other changes to our food, and added a range of vitamins and minerals. We noticed significant changes (including comments from teachers, and are now eating consistently very healthy, and feel much better as a result. She taught me to think about what I can add to my cooking to make it as nutrient-dense as I can, without the kids or my husband knowing! I now bake cookies that are actually good for you!

I first went to Susie because I was extremely low in energy and wasn’t feeling too well, I was practly burnt out !
I knew something wasn’t right. I knew it would take sometime to feel better and I was willing to do what was required of me. Susie is very thorough in what she does.
The blood test along with the hair test that she did had us find out what the problem was and where they were stemming from. Susie knew exactly what needed to be done.
After taking the supplements required along with the food I was to have as well as avoid, my energy levels have come back and I am feeling strong and energetic.
This took some time, I’m back to my normal self again and I reached what we were aiming for. I highly recommend Susie as a nutritionist. She is very professional, she has an abundance of knowledge and she can help you with whatever dietary/nutritional needs that are best suited for you as an individual.

Susie Rucker has changed my life. For the better.
In her gentle and soothing manner, she has given me little bits of wisdom I am thankful for every single day. She tailored a report of things that suit my body (blood group, metabolic speed, deficiencies in minerals, etc) accompanied with thoughtful and practical suggestions to suit my lifestyle. I adore sitting at her table, sipping on her yummy ginger tea, admiring her beautiful skin and getting inspired by all the good things I can do to take care of myself. I believe she can help everyone reach their highest potential of well being. Everyone should have a Susie Rucker in their life.

Susie Rucker approaches her patients the way supremely gifted tuners approach pianos: helping turn discord into sweet, pure notes.
I thought eating was simple (what could be complicated about chewing and swallowing?), and so I ignored the many friends who praised Susie’s regimens, which are tailored to each individual metabolism. Well, I was wrong! After seeing one friend both lose weight and improve his (formerly pasty) pallor, I booked an appointment with her. Susie analyzed both my diet and lifestyle, and came up with a menu focused on raising my energy levels and improving my metabolic efficiency. I felt healthier & stronger almost immediately.
I cannot praise her work enough.

For several years I have suffered with sinus allergies. In addition I had started to gain weight in my mid-section and was feeling tired and lacking in energy. On a friend’s recommendation I visited Susie Rucker. Together we reviewed my lifestyle, my diet and my exercise routine. I also took a mineral test, which showed a severe imbalance of essential minerals. Susie worked with me on my diet to eliminate foods to which I showed intolerance and to introduce whole foods and supplements that would help me regain my balance. After several months my allergies have reduced dramatically and I have regained my energy levels. Also I have lost a few kilograms in weight.

Susie’s approach is professional and based on a very thorough analysis of her client’s needs and an understanding of nutrition and its effect on the body.
She shares her knowledge with enthusiasm. She is also a great source of tasty, yet nutritionally balanced, meal recipes.

I went to see Susie with some non-critical but pestering ailments that I had picked up over the last couple years. I had bad sinuses and was always blowing my nose. It felt like I was going through a box of tissues per day. I also lacked energy and was always catching colds. I had always been a careful eater, trying to make healthy choices when I could, but Susie introduced me to the concept of food intolerances, explaining the idea of delayed internalized reactions to foods. Who knew that a runny nose could be related to an intolerance to certain foods? I had never suffered from any food allergies but Susie recommended I get tested for food intolerances as well as mineral deficiencies and turns out I had a number of food intolerances (Soy, Eggs, Pineapples, just to name a few!) as well as high levels of mercury in my system. Susie suggested I cut out the highly intolerant foods from my diet for a few months at least and also prescribed a course of vitamins/minerals in order to help detox my body. Since our visit, I have noticed an improvement to my sinuses and am feeling more energetic in general. Susie had lots of good advice/suggestions for lifestyle/diet changes. I love the recipes she printed out and definitely ask her about the seed jar! It was one of my favorite Susie ideas.
